If you have an accident, phone the insurance company and ask for a claim number. The insurance company is obliged to provide one.
With that claim number, our experienced staff deal with your insurance company. We will keep them and you appraised of our progress, handle assessments, and field any questions that your insurance company may have.
Remember that, in addition to paying for your repairs, your insurance company have an obligation to a “duty of care.” We will work with you and the insurance company to ensure that they meet their obligations.
