Reception/Admin/Vehicle processing (3 full time staff)

This is where cars arriving on site are processed, checked for work to be carried out, checked that work is authorised and job sheets created.

Assessment dept. (3 full time staff)

Vehicles arriving without prior assessment are estimated and authorised in liaison with insurance company/bill payer.

Strip & Fit Dept. (6 fulltime staff)
|

The vehicle is brought in and stripped to confirm accuracy of estimate and begin the repair process through the workshop. Parts list is confirmed at this stage. Vehicles are fitted up after painting.

Parts Dept (2 full time)

The parts required are ordered and checked for accuracy on arrival.

Panelwork (5 fulltime)
|

 |
If the vehicle needs panel-beating, welding or repairs to panels or chassis on a floor puller or jig. Panel alignment is checked at this stage.

Paint Preparation (6 full time staff)

 |
The repaired or replacement panels are prepped and primed prior to final finish.
|
 |
Painting (4 full time)
|
|
 |
Spraying of final finish colour paintwork to vehicles and panels including custom finish paints such as designio, flip, chromatic etc.

 |
Valeting/QC (5 fulltime)
|
|
 |
Vehicles are cleaned inside and out and quality control checked before release.
